Best product I’ve found for baby fine, thinning hair. Boy, does it work! Makes your hair more coarse and with MUCH more body. Only use once or twice a week depending on how often you shampoo, and don’t forget to let it set a few minutes before rinsing. It’ll slowly move to less dry and less body after a few washes. If you feel it’s too dry, use a tiny bit of conditioner on second wash, but those of us with baby fine hair know what conditioner does to your hair. It’s a love/hate thing. This product such an amazing difference, it may take some getting used to! Don’t really know how this affects your hair in the long run, but mine’s done fine with it.

I simply love this hair product, however, its difficult to find in stores like it used to be. John Frieda makes some terrific hair products, this being their best yet! Please don't stop producing it!

I have fine hair and it needs help for volume. This is getting harder to find and more expensive, but it does wonders for my fine hair. Gives it some volume, just as advertised!

Over my many years of searching for products to give my fine hair some ooomph - volume, staying power, movement ... this product is one of only two (the other being L'Oreal Hair Fixer that is no longer manufactured) I have come across that does just that. When I use it, all I need to finish the style is just a spritz of light, average hold hair spray.

I have been using this product once a week now for over five months, and I assure you, it works exactly the way it is supposed to. My hair is baby fine and thin, on top of which it is heavily graying so I color it every three or four months. My hair since I have been using the 7-Day Volume Treatment is stronger, fuller and has beautiful body! I would recommend this product to anyone who needs more volume for their hair,

I used this product several years ago and it added volume to my hair. What I purchased again recently looked like the same thing, but it doesn’t work at all.

works well to volumize your hair but does make it feel unruly and dry. not sure if i like it or not.
