Simpson Strong-Tie RTC22Z - 18-Gauge ZMAX Galvanized Rigid Tie Corner for 2X

Well I recently purchased some Simspon Strong Tie construction connectors along with some cedar to make myself a small potting table and I used the DIY plans that are located on the Simpson website. I must say the entire project went very well. The connectors make projects like this very easy to do and it took about an hour to cut all the wood and assemble the table. I also used their self-tapping screws to assemble the table and that really makes the assembly very easy and quick. The connectors make the table is very strong and it doesn't wobble. The project went so well that I used their plans for a heavy table and constructed two more heavy-duty tables for my garage that also went together very quickly and work perfectly to hold some heavy equipment. Overall the projects are simple, very cost effective, and simple to do. I plan to build one of their shelving units this summer for my garage to hold heavy boxes but I guess that's another review.

Looking for a 3 way corner bracket for 4x6 horizontal on 4x4 post. This is for 4x4 post with 2x horizontal beams. If that’s what your looking for then I’m sure the Brand Simpson Strong Tie will meat your needs.

Very well made. No instructions included. Went on YouTube to see the order it should be put together. 4 x 4’s were extremely tight. Once I watched a video on YouTube, it made more sense. Needed to use a belt sander to take off a little extra on the ends. I searched “how to assemble a pergola “ another maker provided the video.

light duty but helps align the corner. Would be happier if it was a heavier gauge steel.
