ILNP Heat Wave - Soft Purple Holographic Shimmer Nail Polish

Fairly true to the pics of the Polish. I don’t usually wear blues but this one is as soft as its name, Rainshower. 2 coats color, one coat clear.It looks slightly periwinkle in the bottle (the pink highlight through the soft blue.Highly recommended to those who stay away from blues. One coat looked good as a sheer coat as well.

I'll keep this concise. I'm writing this review after two significant purchases and 6 months of use. I hate not knowing if I'm reading a legit review or not - I am.- I've attached photos :-) (On my nails are Stopping Traffic (red) & Avalanche (silver) & Wallflower (periwinkle))- This is the real deal. The pigment is amazing which means fewer coats.- It lasts PROVIDED you've applied it properly. I originally made the mistake of allowing lengthy dry times between all coats and I found some colors remained tacky, the products are obviously designed to layer & dry together quickly.- I work a physical job and provided proper maintenance, I get long wear.- I suggest pairing ILNP with their base (Lockup Ultra Bonding) and top coat (Glass Candy Ultra Top Coat). These are quite different to anything else I've used and I'm glad got them. I will definitely buy the again!Maintenance:- Please use a single layer of base and top coat. MAKE SURE to coat the tips. REGULARLY add another top coat every few days including that tip area. That's it!These come beautifully packaged in a sturdy black box that I use to store them in. I've included pictures of the boxes my nails and the base top coat.

Works great with a sponge to apply in sparkles in a more dense way! No complaints about anythng here, great bottle brush, and no bad smell or anything weird about it. I found that it didn't really work with too many things but thats just because I don't like the look of small glitter pieces, but you can find reference images on that and decide for yourself.

I need to update my previous review, the ILNP company contacted & worked with me to figure out the problem I was having with their nail polish. I have to say they were very helpful & very nice. They sent me their base & top coat products which helped the peeling of the polish tremendously. Thank you for working with me.…….I have bought several colors of this nail polish & they have all peeled within 1 to 3 days no matter what I have tried to make it last … base coat, top coat, very clean nails prior to starting, nails wiped with alcohol first, adding another coat of polish & top coat the next day. “Essie” polish does not peal & lasts for a week. I will continue to buy “essie“ and throw this polish away, wasted money, especially for how much it cost !!

I’m not so good at using the magnet (that I bought separately, if I remember correctly) but I was SO excited to try this polish because I’ve only ever seen the magnetic stuff in gel polishes before and I’m trying to step away from gel.Anyways, this polish is FANTASTIC. Like I said, I am absolutely no good with a magnet, and I have only had this polish on for a week but I’m super happy to announce to the world that this is the ONLY polish in my collection that has had very minimal/no chipping. With other brands, my nail polish chips in like a day (and yes, this goes for gel polish too). I’m a receptionist, all I do is sit at my silly little desk and type on my silly computer and clean our silly kitchen at work, as well as my home and my mother’s home once a week, and it MAYBE has the tiniest chip on my left hand - which was probably caused by my aggressive typing. I’ve been on a nail health journey for the past few months and have been doing my nails at home and I think I finally found a good, worthy nail polish brand to adorn my nails with, and hopefully it’ll help me from having to paint my nails every. single. week!!P.s. it looks great on my toes, too! And I got better with the magnet by the time I did my feet lol
