Really loving this handle, makes the osmo pocket easier to hold and charges it quick. I was recording recently and my pocket was down to 17% battery, I attached the handle and was able to keep recording while it charged. Charged the osmo completely and the handle still had half its battery life. It effectively triples the time you can record.

For those that said you can plug DJI's microphone adapter in the power grip's usb-c charging port and it will work with the attached DJI Pocket 1, were incorrect. Mine did NOT work. When you plug the DJI microphone adapter straight into the Pocket 1 it will show on the screen that the adapter is attached and when you plug a mic into the jack of DJI adapter it shows that a microphone is attached and you have 3 little bars the react to the sound that the mic is picking up. It does not show this when you plug the DJI adapter and microphone into the charging jack of this battery power grip. So it is not working. (you can tell also by the recording audio)Other than that it works great keeping the Pocket 1 charged up and also making it easier to carry. Using the control wheel on the Pocket also fits with the battery grip. Would have been nice if the I could use my Comica microphone with the power grip but I can use the mic when I need to and when I need to charge the Pocket just unplug the adapter and slide it onto the battery grip which charges the Pocket really fast! The battery grip fits easily into my back pocket.

If you are using your Osmo Pocket 2 for Vlogging it will burn through battery fast. This power stick allows my Pocket 2 to last all day on a single charge, and is much easier to grip as well. The material feels well made, and the grip is soft padded, and comfortable. I think this is a must-have accessory for every owner of the Pocket 2.

First of all, I noticed a number of different versions of this basic product. I went ahead and got the cheapest version I could find. I use it as a grip and to keep my Pocket 2 topped up. There are scenarios, especially in hotter weather, where it will still draw down power. But typically slower than on its own. Using it as a grip helps me take smoother footage. I recommend this.

Opened it up and charged it. The red lights came on but when I attach my DJI 2 and turn this on it does not charge at all.Reached out to Product support and never heard back from them.

I'll update if it's made right but I got the device first red flag part of the device box covered in painters tape to keep closed open the box the device is just loosely in there with nothing else no booklet no charging cable no packaging to secure device pull it out the box notice charging port looks funky try to charge doesn't charge look at the button on the front it's smashed in it looks like someone gave it to a toddler to smash on the ground then threw it in the box and shipped out.UPDATE: They did send a replacement the package was still slightly damaged but the device itself was not and it did look brand new this time and works as it should. Just be weary

I was made to believe that this would extend the battery life of the pocket 2 but it wouldn't charge unless I disconnect and used the external usb-c outlet on the side. defeats the purpose of this - might as well get an external battery pack.
