Metal frames with reversible cushions. I have two patio areas and these six seats and tables fulfilled my needs. The cross straps tend to loose their tension and sag but return their tension when not in use. Bear in mind that delivery is on a large pallet. Assembly is easy but needs two people to assemble the table. You will also need to purchase a parasol base

Better than i imagined. Follow your instincts and ignore the poor reviews
If i was to complain about anything it has to be the courier tore the box for the table, but thankfully everything was bang on. Delivered one day before five day time slot, i made the mistake of having it delivered to our home address instead of our static caravan and had to do 2 trips to move it all. But hey! It's worth it. Chairs are so comfy and incredibly easy to adjust. My partner had trouble fitting the cushions because the retaining clips are so strong to open. Not a downside, just a note to the ladies if you dont want to break a nail lol. Parasol isn't to the standard we're used to but dont be put off, its just not as good as the ones we already have. Anyway! Apart from my critisism of the parasol its a fantastic suite. Get your wallet out and buy one. You wont regret it

Lovely furniture set
Exactly what I wanted.Great quality, easy to assemble.Comfy cushions.Only reason I cant give 5 is there some scratches to the metal but these are hidden by the cushions.Delivery was excellant and early.Now need some sunshine to be able to use 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Great customer service
I ordered this set and was surprised by how quickly it arrived. On unpacking i think it looks as good as the pictures and is very comfortable. The reclining chairs come as one piece no putting together,although you do have to assemble the table but this doesn't take long.The only problem i had was two of the chairs had rust,one being at the weld. On contacting Primrose there was no fuss and these two chairs were replaced very quickly.Customer service at its best well done Chris.
