Very nice piece, wife loves it. I thought it would be larger.

I’m new at this nose studd thing. My piercing was 18gauge 5/16 flat back. I wanted something easier to put in so thought this would be. I think it’s too big and the diamond so small. Is there something like this with a thinner bar or anything I can put in myself. I like the flat back and would like it flush against my nose inside and out. I also want to upgrade the diamond of possibly a fake diamond but 14k is important. Can I return this and reorder?

Even my husband noticed a sparkle difference between the real diamond and the crystal nose bones I have worn in the past.

I replaced a good captive gold ring with this nose bone. It fits well & is secure. The diamond sparkles & is perfect size. Fits flat and is secure .

Mary dainty I bought a 2.5 thinking it would be a little bigger for an adult and it still looks too small for me What was the three MM not enough bling in the diamond to small dainty pretty but small for my nose.

This item does not match the description on the site. Way smaller than what it says. I am returning the item and getting the larger one. One size up, to the 2mm.
