I was looking for a smaller ball than the one I have. This one was perfect and the same one I use at my PT office!! Helps to ensure I keep up with my exercises at home.

Works great, no complaints. It was smaller than I expected but have to blame my expectations on that. It matches the description.

My physical therapist recommended an 18 inch beach ball, but they are hard to find and spring leaks fast. This one is perfect for my use. I inflated it 1/3 full of air, and put my head and neck on it in bed, before I get up in the morning. I turn my head from side to side 15 times, ("up and down" as I lie on my back) 15 times, and around in circles in both directions 15 times each.

I am a slightly overweight guy with a desk job that keeps me in front of the monitor for long hours. I have gotten very inflexible and stiff as I am getting older. I use this inflatable rubber ball to help gently stretch my core muscles, and it definitely helps me do that.

Works great for my leg exercises.........gave it a four instead of a five because it is hard to keep the air in after filling and before you get the plug in........I have arthritis in my hand so I'm not to fast........still works great.

I used this at PT and thought it would be helpful to use at home for exercise. Love it.
