Q: I own one of these hubs and have found that it can not power more than one external hard drive after upgrading to High Sierra. Is this a design flaw?

Yes I think so, I also have the same problem since Sierra on a Macbook 2015. To have enough power I used the power supply of the USB and then there is no problem. On the Macbook, the USB port is somehow powered up and down 2x on boot time, right at the beginning and then when the apple logo appears. so I usually unplug the usb c port on boot time because i feel it is bad for the external hd to be suddenly powered down after 1 second

Q: Will this fix the poor Bluetooth reception on the ps4? My controller randomly adds input, so walking straight I could turn left or right or look aroun

This is a simple USB hub. It has no built in bluetooth technology.
