Sturdy bow stand
This is a very convenient and sturdy bow stand. It is well constructed, higher costs that many but looks like it will not break as easily as many others might. The fold up legs are held securely in place by a wing nut. It holds my recurve bow securely with the rather narrow U shaped piece closely fitting into the thumb grip on the riser. If you have a wide riser grip with little indentation for the thumb this might be tight- it does have the ability to expand but that would put wear on the riser grip. My one small complaint is the string clip is a bit tight-- that makes the holding of the bow very secure but it also mean wear on the center serving each time you put it in and take it out. I don't expect this to be a problem but it might prove to be after a 1000 ins and outs?? Maybe not??? Overall a great stand, sturdy and nicely designed. I would recommend this stand.

Much better than plastic
This bow stand is very sturdy. It will support an Olympic recurve outfitted with weighted long stabilizer and weighted side stabilizers. My only complaint is the string holder, not shone in the photo, is so tight that you might have a problem getting the bow off the stand if your brace height is 9" or more. The plastic clip that the bow rests in is tight enough to hold my Hoyt Horizon with out using the string clip.UPDATE: It turns out that The string on my bow was getting caught on the stick-on label. With a little trimming this stand becomes 5 star.

Sturdy bow stand.
This is a nice bow stand made with stainless steel. The only thing that could improve this stand would be to provide a means to adjust the height of the stand so it would be easier to pick up my bow.

Solid stand
Good solid material. Simple design with a wingnut locking mechanism. Perfect height, low profile, just enough for ground clearance on my Hoyt Satori recurve. Doesn’t grip so hard that the whole stand comes up with the bow. Small enough to pack away in my gear bag. It’s pretty perfect in my opinion, costs less than comparable products like the cartel Midas. I wish it came in red though but oh well stainless steel not too shabby

Great, with a tweak.
While it does work great as far as function, I had to use fine sandpaper to smooth out the section that actually holds the bow. There was line of plastic from it coming off the mold that damaged the matte like coating on my risers grip. I do plan on getting a new grip, but that shouldn’t have been left on there.

Very well built
It is very strong, very sturdy, chrome looking, high quality. I only wish it came with a carrying bag, Other brands much cheaper come with a carrying bag. This should include a carrying bag.

Heavy duty
Heavy duty and solid. Perfect for my Samick Sage recurve. My compound bow can go on this with careful balancing, but I’m not comfortable putting my compound on this. Still this stand is great for a recurve. Solid, sturdy, just a little heavier than the cheap stands and easy fold up for carrying.
