From my experience, refurbished units are hit or miss and I accept that. While this Bluetooth worked fine as a listening device, people on the other end of the call were not able to hear me.I tried to reach out to the seller for an exchange, but their customer service number hangs up on you after the initial prompts.Adding more frustration is the fact that they are extremely slow with processing refunds. This will probably be my last refurbished item purchased.

I use this to dictate client notes while driving away from sessions. It's simple to use and works well even in highway traffic.

Second time. Ordered 2 of them. Both no charging doc. Ordered replacement. Again, no charging dock. Maybe 3rd time the charm?

Simply the best Bluetooth on the market. It tells me who's calling. And voice answer or ignore. The travel base charger is great. This there have been times the device didn't change because the computer is use was in sleep mode. So.eti.es I have to make sure it makes contact with the base to charge. It's charges super quick. 30 minutes to a full charge.

The 5200 is a little heavier than the other model. I like the volume buttons on top of the earpiece. This remanufactured unit does alright. I am not sure if the thickness affects the way it fits my ear (not as well as lesser models). The recharging case that came with it got my approval

This is my fourth one of these over the years. When I upgraded my first phone to 5G my old Plantronics would not pair, so I upgraded to another updated Plantronics 5200. The next oldest one still works intermittently but the mic was cutting out, and wiring to the earpiece that had the wiring was starting to come apart.
