The laptop went faulty within hours of receiving it; however, once I contacted the seller I receive my money back within days.As I've already purchased a laptop this company in the past with no problems I purchased another one which I'm still using today.

Didn’t even switch on!
I know you take a risk with a reconditioned product, but I expected it to at least switch on! I charged the device for a good few hours and still dead. Arranged for replacement at first, but the automated system says this is not available, so I’ve now got to wait for a refund but this takes 14 days! Annoyed is an understatement. Are these devices not tested properly when they are reconditioned?? Very poor service. If I could give zero stars I would.

None working screen
The media could not be loaded. Sorry to say this device came with a faulty display as seen in the video. Returned on the same day. The support number on the booklet that came with it foe support had an invalid contact number.

Awful battery life and performence
Battery never exceeded an hour, could barely run any programs, even lower maintenance ones. this is just looked at to make sure it turns on and sold on, it would greatly benefit if they had a performence test and battery replacement included.
