Absolutely amazing microphone. I went from a £20 Neewer 800 to this Microphone and the difference is amazing, there is so much more clarity with the B-1 and pair this with a Scarlett Solo and you will have an amazing sounding microphone. It came in a really cool suitcase as well so that adds to the value. I use this for recording rap vocals and I have to say this mic sounds great and that is with no effects or adjustments adding in post production programmes. I would really recommend this to anyone who wants to start recording professional vocals.

I could tell it was good quality. Nice
For some reason the one I had had a problem with the XLR connector and I couldn't use it in upraise down orientation. However, when it worked, I could tell it was good quality. Nice, full sound, a little harsh at top end but a little cut on EQ can sort that out.Overall good value mic but seems I got a bad batch.

Exceptional value for money
Exceptional value for money. Compared side-by-side with a real U87 - the legendary (£2000!) mic that this one seems to be emulating - it would take a highly trained ear to tell the difference. This microphone is absolutely up to the task of commercial recording, and should be a consideration for any budget-conscious artist or engineer.
