Panasonic KX-TG9542B + KX-TGA950B 3-Handset Cordless System (2 Line) DECT 6.0 1.9Ghz

This is my second purchase of this phone system! It’s used in a machine shop and is lightly abused! It’s the dustiest place on earth and they aren’t handled lightly! First set lasted about 10 years. This set is about 8 months in, we’ve lost one display on a handset but it still works fine! YOU SHOULD KNOW…the hold music sounds like a cat playing a piano! We’ve had complaints from customers, but they never sit on hold for more than a couple minutes! ALSO- we purchased a hold music system and it won’t work with this because it already has hold music!

So far everything is working great. Seems to be high quality.

I needed a new handset for my older Panasonic 2-line phone system. A new handset would cost almost as much as a new system so I decided to replace the old system with this one. There are not a lot of updated 2-line models in the market but I am very happy with my purchase. Sound quality is great and the phone works all over my house (I couldn't roam as far with my older phones). Somehow it linked automatically to my cell phone via bluetooth. I can answer calls either on my cell or on this device. The display on the base unit is large and easy to read. This is a great replacement and I wish I had bought it a year ago instead of struggling with my older equipment.

These work fine, however, even on the highest volume setting, the sound isn’t the greatest. Not loud enough. Not worth the price I paid.

I wanted a 2-line phone system to integrate my home and mobile lines into one system, and this one is perfect.Like all the 2-line phones, it's a bit pricey, but the features are great, and the call quality is even better.A great bonus that I wasn't aware of when I made the purchase is that my headset (sold separately) can plug into either the base unit OR the wireless handset - no more placing your caller on hold while you plug in your headset. I leave my headset plugged into my base unit all the time, except when I want to take a call away from my desk.To answer a call you can put on your headset and press a button, or pick up the wireless handset.

Did not realize how bad my older system was until I installed this new two line phone, I have the house and business number on it. Since I use a Voip system it works great with it.

A real disappointment! I have always had Panasonic 2-line phones in the past and I needed to replace the one I had. This phone system is terrible. The hold button requires 3 separate steps to use and often disconnects the calls. I strongly do not recommend it.
