It's a powerful tool, and you may know someone that's essentially addicted to it. Here's my personal recommendation, as someone who's used it on and off with success:Only use one spray in each nostril, unless you really have to do the second. I heard an ear nose and throat doctor say that the best way to spray is to cover the nostril you're not spraying into, lean over a bit (so that your face is parallel with the ground), and give a few short, intense inhales over the course of about 15 seconds immediately after you spray.If you need to come down off of it, I've found that spraying 2-3 hours before bedtime the night before you plan to stop using it is best. You'll have that congestion throughout the next day, but your nostrils will mostly recover by the time you go to bed again. And when the congestion from withdrawal kicks in, rinsing your sinuses with a Neti pot and saline solution can be really nice.Again, I'm an occasional user, so this advice may not work if you're deep into it. Ridiculously expensive. They have steadily increased the price to ridiculous over the past couple of yearsAmazon cheaper brand but doesn't work as well.
