VIVO VESA Adapter Plate Bracket Designed for Asus VZ-Series Monitors VZ229HE, VZ229N, VZ239H-W, VZ249H, VZ249HE, VZ279H, VZ27AQ, VZ239HE, and VZ279HE, MOUNT-ASVZ01

Purchased these after installing the Wali VESA Mount Bracket Adapters on my Asus VZ239H-W 23” monitors. My monitor model doesn’t have bezels on the top or sides so the Wali adapter knobs sat directly on the screen and, thusly, obstructed a small portion of the top of the screen. While the knobs only obstructed a small portion of the screen (approx. 1/2in x 1/2in) I’m a bit OCD about aesthetics and, even though my monitor model wasn’t listed in the description, I decided to take my chances with this bracket since my monitor stand was the same as those listed in the description. Let’s just say I’m happy I took my chances! Install was a breeze and the adapter fits my Asus VZ239H-W 23” monitor with no issue.Word of advice: when screwing the adapter plate bracket to the plate bracket of whatever stand you use, be sure not to tighten the 4 screws too tightly. I made the mistake of over-tightening and accidentally cracked the plastic piece that’s attached to the head of the screw.

I was initially concerned that my Acer monitors wouldn’t be compatible with a VESA mount, but this product exceeded my expectations. The engineering and measurements were spot-on, making the installation quick and effortless. Excellent quality and design—highly recommended!

Note to self: "Never buy another screen that is not VESA mount compatible!" - However these adapter plates really saved the day. I was so disappointed to receive my dual screen mounting arms for my 5 year old Asus screens only to realize that I could not attach the screens. :-(So I ordered these asus vesa adapter plates. I saw a few others on amazon with so-so reviews, these had some 5-star reviews on my exact model screen: "VZ239" 23-Inch monitors. So I ordered them.Really easy to install, didn't really read the instructions as they were fairly intuitive. Comes with all the screws etc. required. really solid and sturdy.I was expecting them to look as ugly as some of the pictures I've seen, but they are really not bad at all and look pretty good!!!

I have the asus VX228H and it didn't fit my monitor right out of the package. The base plate connector was miss aligned by about 1/16th of an inch, which ended up being just enough you couldn't screw the screw in. The VX228H stock monitor stand it connects to has a slight curve in the plastic, the cause of the misalignment. That being said I took it out to my shop and just filed 1/16th of an inch of the offending side of the adapter and was able to get it all fitted together as intended. I was a little disappointed that it didn't fit my monitor out of the package, but it was a really easy fix, just not one that anyone might be able to make.The rest of the build quality is sturdy and well constructed, and the overall mount adapter is far more secure than all the other ASUS VX/VZ series adapters I've seen available, as this is the only one I've found that has more than just the base plate screw to mount it, this one also contains a cross brace giving you a much sturdier connection. I've mounted my monitor vertically and it holds up well with no sagging from the mount adapter itself.Overall I'm pretty happy with the adapter, it was just that initial misalignment that was the problem. I still recommend this product, and it probably fits better with asus VX/VZ series monitors that have a metal base arm as opposed to plastic. That being said mine is plastic and i still got it to sit snugly you just might need to modify the hole slightly to get it to fit, so it you have the tools to do so this product is a no brainer compared to the other options out there. Hope it works for your monitor a little easier than mine.

I was worried about having it work when the package was an absolute mess. All parts were there. Easy to attach on. Easy to attach to monitor stand. Would recommend if you have this type of monitor.

I bought this VIVO VESA Adapter Plate Bracket Designed for Asus VZ-Series Monitors for my 16 year old son. He needed this for his computer station. He put it together and installed it himself. He loves it! It works great and was just what he needed! I may buy one for my work station!

0 STARS!!!AI am currently unable to install this on my Asus monitor (VZ249H) See the pictures. I can't even force this to fit. The plastic housing is too small and the bottom screw hole is off by about a quarter inch. It's unfortunate that this is all I could find that would fit my moitor. Now I have to buy a new monitor or use a stationary monitor stand in front of an empty mount arm. Too bad the seller lied!

It's not been long since it has ben installed, but it is really sturdy. It was really easy to install, I didn't even need a screwdriver for the most part, besides speeding the screw in process when my hand got tired, since I was replacing an existing mounted monitor with the Asus. What I mean is, you can put this up without using any tools.I am already using a mount from Vivo, so I trusted this purchase coming from them.My only issue was that the mount had a little bit of nicks and scratches, which I didn't take a picture of, but not worrisome enough for me to return it.Would definitely recommend this!
