Zoom Hydraulic Disc Brake for E-bike HB-875-E Front & Rear Set No Rotor

Bought for my ebike as it came with inferior brakes

I was using these on my rafters Pro Max (500w ). There are no instructions on how to mount, and most important connect the hose to the lever (that needs specialist tool to fit the barb in the tube). I’ve used the bike twice here in Devon and on the second ride the lining on the pad came off !! I find they are little better than the old cable brakes that it came with… so dissappointed. Xxx

I bought these to use on my electric bike.I needed the cut off switch, however it's the non waterproof SM version. These are the rounded waterproof ones. It's almost impossible to find nice looking brakes with a cut off switch with the non waterproof SM connectors.So, I cut off the ends of these brakes and soldered my old connectors into this one. Works perfectly. It just connects to a switch within the brakes that when the two wires are shorted it tells the controller to cut power. So you don't even have to worry about orientation.The brakes came prefilled. You can top them up if you want a firmer feel, but out of the box you can plug them in and go. Took only a few minutes to install and a few minutes more to align.There's a night and day difference between hydraulic and cable disc brakes. These stop my heavy e-bike without an issue.Worth every penny. I would recommend.

Amazing brakes for the price. Easy fitted and reliable postage too. I bought these brakes to replace the old cable brakes on my kaabo mantis 10, they are like day and night compared to the old ones. Love haudrolic brakes. Far better stopping power.

After watching a clip on YouTube these brakes(cable housing for oil) obviously need cutting to size, and don't know the colour inside or what to use if any spillages. Tried every which way to find an answer to this. Can I use any colour mineral oil, does it matter, as want to get these done and ride my bike again. Please help. Thanks in advance.
