I was making my own medicated gummy bears at home and they kept molding after about a week. I got the potassium sorbate to make my own mold inhibitor. Works perfectly!!! A little goes a long way. I noticed no flavor or color change to my gummy bears. I would highly recommend-no pun intended!

Bought for research. Don't know if it will ever be used but I wanted to have it in case I needed it for edibles. Gave 5 stars because of Modernist Pantry. Didn't want to leave a review but they keep bugging you. It looks good and I expect it works great if used properly.

Great product!
Live it! Made gummie bears with it and worked very well. Did not cloud the bears and did not change the taste of the flavored gelatin.

Easy product to work with to extend the shelf life of my sweets; it's not a powder that will get everywhere but, small easily dissolvable pellets.
