So, yeah. Unless you’re lazy and burn your caramels, any and all homemade caramels are simply wonderful. That said, this butterscotch flavoring nudges a simply wonderful caramel into the next realm. It’s subtle but well worth getting to add that additional depth to your candies.

The product was delivered intact. It was used in coffeecake, and Bundt cake, and the flavor was true to expectation. The smell is yummy good, and I believe the product is a good value for the cost. The enjoyment of those who ate the final product attest to the quality of this flavoring.

I just received this and used a couple of drops in my coffee this morning. It added a nice little hint of butterscotch. I'm sure it'll be tasty in my next batch of chocolates, also.To be sure it's noted, this flavoring does have alcohol in it. This may be an impact if you are using this in a raw recipe as an FYI, but it's a tasty flavor.

I sure have been making a lot of butterscotch pies lately. Thought that I would zip up the flavor, just a tad. Used this stuffyesterday to the butterscotch pie pilling. Added about 1/2 tsp to the 4 cups of pie filling and it made it PERFECT. I am tellingyou a very truthful fact, it made the difference that I was looking for. I know that 15 dollars is a lot for 4oz of flavoring. However,if you are graving that just a little more butterscotch flavor, this flavoring will do the job.After tasting my new butterscotch pie, it was worth every penny...8-9-18: I just ordered 2 bottles of this good Butterscotch Flavoring. The first bottle has lasted this long after the first review.If it isn't exactly like I affirmed to you, I surly wouldn't be buying more. Also, it is less costly than my first order. Almosthalf the price. So, if you like true butterscotch flavor, it's waiting for you to get it...

Be careful when you use this. I bought a whole bunch of extracts to flavor my protein shakes. I was so excited to have butterscotch to add to my chocolate. I had it at work and I'm surprised I didn't get in trouble for drinking on the job. The flavor was lost by a very heavy alcohol base. I ended up throwing it out after the first year because adding a shot of vodka to the shake would accomplish the same thing.

I thought this might have an artificial taste, but was pleasantly surprised!

Yummy- I actually put a few drops in my coffee. It’s not a strong flavor but it’s really inter for baking. Smells amazing-

This was awful! Strong alcohol smell and no butterscotch taste or smell. I’m convinced they bottled this wrong. Taste and smells flowery as well. 100% NOT edible.
