I bought this a few weeks ago and its been working fine. I have been checking for leaks every other day and its still looks good. The only concern I have is if it were to open in the middle of me driving my car other then that its looking great.Update I have had this item for 2 years now and it's still working great. I haven't had any problems and it's nice for a fast oil change.

Yes, it makes it easier, but the drain is NOT reliable. When under operation, ours leaked, slowly, but enough to empty the pan between oil changes. I do not recommend.If you’re looking for a quick drain, invest in one of the butterfly drain plugs.

Love this. No dropping your plug in the bucket, no oil all over the place. It takes 5 mins off the oil change.

The EZ Drain Oil Plug works great, the one issue is that the twist top is bigger than the hex head to thread it on. You'll need an open wrench or an adjustable wrench to install it which is not ideal. The whole assembly is aluminum, so heat may become a factor in the future with dissimilar metals. I would not recommend it for any car with a drain plug directly pointed downwards, if its on a side or angle it should work flawlessly.

I have this on a sports car V8, I small engine SUV and a lifted truck. In all circumstances, the drain is protected from hits from the road or off-road.No leaksDon't get dirty like when getting the bolt off. It won't fall into the drain tank.I did use locktight on the second and the third one I installed I'll add locktight to the first one on the next oil change...everyone's opinion is how it goes for them, these drain twists to stop have worked for me.

Make sure you lock it close before filling oil or it will come right out as it is intended to ‼️‼️‼️‼️
