GildanYouth Hoodie Sweatshirt, Style G18500B

I purchased this children's hoodie jacket 2 years ago as a school uniform jacket for both of my kids and we are still using them to this day ! The material is comfortable, perfect for keeping my babies warm during colder days. The fit is true to size(i ordered a small for my 5yr old and a medium for my 7yr old) and the quality of the stitching is excellent, ensuring durability even with lots of active play, and the color has not faded at all ! Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews but I read them all the time. I feel compelled to review this item because I am very pleased with the quality for the price. It is a nice thick sweatshirt, warm but not super heavy. It washes up beautifully with a minimum amount of shrinkage. It is not as soft as a 100% cotton sweatshirt would be but is really nice for a 50/50 blend. I agree with other reviews that this sweatshirt runs small. I ordered a youth XL which is supposed to be equivalent to a 14-16. My son is a solid size 12 so I expected it to be pretty roomy but it fits him perfectly. A Large (10-12) would have been way too small. For reference he is 58 inches and about 87 pounds.

This hoodie was great for pressing a DTF on for my son! It is soft, thick, & seems very warm. The color "Navy" is a true color also. I have always been a fan of Gildan brand clothing & their quality. However, I have never purchased this brand in a youth hoodie before. It may just be this particular style, but it seems to run a size smaller in my opinion. The Large was much shorter than how a large fits in any other brand youth hoodie. My son wears a Medium to a Large depending on the brand, but I wanted him to be able to wear this a while. I wish I had sized up, but I pressed the design on it before he tried it on. He didn't complain about the size of fit, & it looks good, so it is fine. He just may not get as long of wear out of it as I would like, so I would say size up.

My girls cannot get enough of this sweatshirt! It’s soft, warm and cozy! It matches with everything! This is a must buy!

True to size. I bought this to personalize with my daughter softball team logo and it’s so warm she just wears it plain.

Good quality, but specifically bought because it shows drawstrings. There are no drawstrings.
