I have purchaged this for home used.. It is good for it but bad for profesional work... It become hot after 3 to 4 minute... Almost good for house purpose....Aditya

It is one of the basic drill models. Does what it is expected to. There were no carbon brushes delivered with the product as shown on the site. No user manual and very average packing. It is supposed to be having multi speed options, however, the speed variation is not perceptible even when fully changed.Overall and average product with poor support.

I would like to share my experience with the drill I purchased from Cheston through Flipkart. Unfortunately, upon receiving the drill machine, I found that the packaging was damaged, and both the drill bit key and steel brush were missing. Due to this, I couldn't test it upon delivery. I managed to procure a drill bit key later and attempted to test it, but unfortunately, it isn't functioning properly. While the chuck rotates briefly, it stops when I attempt to drill into a wall, with only the motor running.I reached out to Cheston for assistance regarding this issue. However, their response was that it wasn't a manufacturing defect and that they couldn't provide support. It's disheartening because I received a faulty product, and I'm uncertain whether this issue is due to a manufacturing fault or something else. I find this lack of acknowledgment concerning and disappointing in terms of support from Cheston.Regrettably, based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing products from Cheston. The customer service and handling of this situation have been quite unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

Perfect one in my budget. Very good quality and original Cheston product.Thank to the seller.It will be helpful if we have an option to choose the colour. Because, I like blue colour, but I received pink colour. But no issues. Because, It doing it job well and good.

Easy to use.I'm using for every household....Not for drilling purpose alone, but also i used it to clean the KITCHEN, and BATHROOM TILES. ( with brushes brought seperately and attached with the machine).It's not just a driller, but also a spinner. (if used accordingly).

The handle is already damaged but serves the purpose. Quality is not at all value to money
