Works fine. No issues
I read some complaints about the fans being too loud. I didn't notice that on this unit. It was relatively quiet and we have had no issues.

If you need a fanless 24 port PoE switch, this is it!
This was the only 24 port fanless PoE switch I could find where there are more than 8 ports supplying PoE. I'm using this in a music production studio where PoE is supplying power to Dante headphone monitoring systems as well as the NTP/DAD Monitor Controller, so the room needs to be dead quiet. Performance is great and this is incredible value for the money. A+

Product works as expected. Powers my POE cameras without issue. Runs cool even though the fan is noisy.

Inexpensive and good performing POE switch, with stellar support
I use this switch to drive a couple of POE Hikvision security cameras, and it works perfectly for that task. Ordinarily I would have been happy with the purchase and wouldn't bother reviewing it, but I felt the need to after some extraordinarily good customer support. The POE power on the switch failed after four months, which was a bummer but not surprising considering its low cost. I emailed their support to ask about refund/repair options, and to my surprise they immediately got back to me and readily agreed to ship me a new one. It arrived a few days later and works perfectly. Support doesn't get any better than that - they clearly stand by their product. Highly recommended.

power output is great but switch doesn't negotiate duplex settings well.
replaced an existing POE switch since I needed additional power for POE cameras. Found that my Wifi speeds dropped through the floor when connected to this switch vs my previous. Tried resetting everything to no avail. Ultimately had to connect my previous switch as my primary and daisy chain this switch to connect all the cameras. Had to connect my AP units to my previous switch to get proper speed over wifi

the fan doesn't last long
customer support is pretty quick if you are within your year of support. they shipped out the fan for me to replace. (I told them i could do that myself) its a $9.00 fan so my advice is to keep one on hand. you can buy them on amazon. You will know when your fan is dying. its extremely loud.other than that...its a POE gig switch...works well and has been for a year minus the fan. easy fix.
