Allow me to clear up the misconception that this case is too large and the phone wobbles/slides around in it. This is false. The misconception stems from the fact that the layer of more rubbery plastic making contact with the phone is more malleable than the clear exterior plastic. Thus, when you grab your phone firmly, applying lateral pressure to both sides of the case (squeezing in towards the phone), you will feel a bit of give. Again, this is merely the rubber slightly compressing upon firm grip.The thickness of rubber and plastic above the buttons does make it a little more difficult to press. More importantly, and likely the reason for negative reviews regarding this aspect, the thickness of plastic and rubber over the buttons reduces the gratifying "click" felt when compressing an iPhone button.This case is almost perfectly clear, so it scratches easily.Overall, I bought this thing to prevent damage to the phone and it accomplishes this goal with flying colors while still showcasing the aesthetics of the phone.

Many people prefer thin cases, others prefer thick. I personally like the thickness of the case. My old phone was much larger than this one and the case helps replicate the feeling. After a month with the phone case, I can say the buttons are a bit stiff to press on but other than that it's great! I see in the reviews that the phone is extremely smooth and slippery, I find it kind of grippy compared to the actual phone? I've also yet to drop my phone so can't say whether or not it's resistent to falling but I trust it will be!UPDATE June 2023: switched to a different case since I ended up damaging this case. I still recommend. It survived a 3ft fall several times with little to no chips on the screen protector.

Am writing in response to the reviews suggesting that the case is not snug to the phone (11 Pro). In fact, the case is entirely snug to the phone, just as the Speck cases always have been for my family and me over the years. If the case were any tighter, it'd be quite a chore to get the phone in and out. So... at least for my case, the fit is precisely what I'm seeking.And as for the inflexible buttons, well... they are indeed modestly tight or resistant at the outset. But as I can attest from goodly experience, the buttons loosen and become more flexible over time. By which I mean that they become pliable after a couple of weeks, maybe a little more or less, depending on your level of addiction to the digital life.So for me, this phone is exactly what I'm seeking in a phone: Reliable protection with a dash of style. If you're seeking a case that manifests Jony Ive courage to be as thin and light as modern materials and manufacturing will allow, then maybe look elsewhere. But if you're seeking a case that has the courage to do its job, then this one deserves your attention.It fits just right. The buttons do loosen up. And it offers both protection and style.

If you're looking for a case that will protect your phone in general, this is a great one. I've purchased this twice because my other one got too bad, but it took over three years for it to degrade. So really sturdy and it allows you to keep the color of your phone. It will not protect it from water and you need to clean it often.

Flies off on the highway, phone is fine... Would rate this case a 10, if possible. Best $10 ever. I've bought this exact case multiple times as my 'go to' , back to iPhone 6. This was a iPhone 11 pro, high speed impact tested. I pay cash for my phone, this was pretty new. No lie, not a scratch.Stopped to supercharge, changed my cooler shirt & set phone on roof. Down the highway, flew off & bounced along the road, landed in meridian between the lanes. Realized phone was gone, 100 mile later. Returned following day, 'find my phone' ping routed me to nearest onramp. Traffic was light, walked out picked it up. Not gonna say exactly how fast , but was 'moving along'....After removing case, and 'uniqueMe' glass front case & camera lens protection, the phone has not one scratch. Completely amazing; granted, I'm regularly a very very very lucky guy, but still .. YMMV but this is a absurdly good case, not overly bulky ..

I only use Speck, but you need to make sure that their name or logo is on the case. Some will say it’s Speck, but won’t have a trademark on it.I’ve had my old one ever since I got my iPhone 11, work amazing.

I just bought this case and put it on yesterday. It’s hard to push the side buttons, I really have to mash them down to turn the volume up/down and to lock the phone. I was willing to get over that. But now my daughter just slid my phone across the counter to me and now there’s a big scratch on the back! Just from sliding it on a counter. How annoying! Obviously there’s no durability! Now I’m not confident it will protect against anything if a scratch can happen that easily.

This phone cover is exactly what I wanted. It fits well and is clear white, not yellow.

Tenía este mismo modelo en un iPhone 8 Plus, la funda me duró aproximadamente 18 meses hasta que comenzó a deshacerse por lo maltratada que estaba pues me resistió decenas de caídas. Si protege muy bien, es gruesa y da robustez, cosa que a muchos no les gusta. Aunque digan que no, se termina haciendo negra/amarilla con El Paso del tiempo.

I'm not very careful with my mobile phones, so having a sturdy case is very important. Speck does the exact job, and I've been using them since 2011 for every iphone I've had. I drop my phone a lot, and so far Speck has been protecting my phone well. It will no doubt add a bit of bulk to the phone due to the bezels and all, but I think it's worth it (and also i've successfully convinced a few people to start using it too!)This purchase is a gift for someone whom I've convinced to use Speck for. Previously the person had been using random thin phone cases more for aesthetic purposes. However, following an incident of a broken screen, the person has thus decided to try out Speck. First impressions were: sleek case, a little bit of bulk but very minimal / acceptable, clear case is also aesthetically very nice to showcase the phone while giving it the protection. By far, the person is very satisfied and also after almost a month there is no yellowing yet. Wireless charging also works.
