Easy setup. Put in batteries. Started working right away. TV helped setup to pair remote to tv. Paired right away.

Arrived without a scrap of instructions
Had to go online to figure out how to sync with my setup, that’s where I learned this unit has no Model # on it—anywhere. That’s kind of important to set-up. Had to guess. Now that it’s set-up, seems to work fine, but it is a bit of a brick. Don’t know there are better options.

Wasn't sure if it would work when I got here. But I opened the package and it already started working. All I had to do is program it to my TV. Ive ordered this same remote 2 other times for other in my family since and they love it too.

Won’t pair with TV
Works fine on the DirecTV box, but won’t pair with the tv so none of the functions like turning the tv on or off, controlling volume, etc. work. All of that has to be done manually.
