Bought 2. One kind of works. Other one they replaced 2 times with used ones that didn’t work. Blamed it on electric issues on my end and refused to send a new one or refund. Will not buy anything from them ever.

The motors went out on two of these units I purchased. I returned them for refund per the warranty period. So far I have received notice that I would get a refund on only one of the products. THAT'S BS!!!

Misleading Mounting instructions
WARNING!!First several pages of installation manual states that installer needs to ensure ceiling fan mounting bracket can support a 50lb fan. I didn't believe that was adequate and installed 100lb brackets prior to sheet rock and mud. During installation I discovered that later in the manual it calls for a mounting surface that can support 250lbs per 3.1 sq in!!!! Aaaaqnd there's no way to mount this unit to a "heavy duty" ceiling fan mounting bracket. Now that everything is enclosed, tapped and mudded I realize that my intended mounting method, based on the initial reading of the manual, is all for nothing!! So $$$ and time out the door!! I have 3 of these to install requiring me to modify the 20 foot high mounting surface prior to prime and paint. On top of all of this I purchased my fan fron Northern Tools so I wasn't aware of the terrible reviews on Amazon regarding the reliability of this product. All of this is my bad and a huge MISTAKE!! BE AWARE!!

Not worth the purchase
Purchase 3. Exchanged 2 at different times because one was noisy and the other stopped working. The 3rd stop working because the barrings went bad. I purchase these fans through Northern Tools (Northern Tools customer service is great but it was out of their control) I called Bannnon 15 times (left messages) would not call me back..
