Great product with lots of options for using it!

I will need to return this item it did not include the parts needed to use on a camper tongue as shown in the picture. Does not work if you want to install on your camper. We planned to use this bike racks on an upcoming camping trip to haul our bikes only to find it did not come with with the three hole bracket for the Jack assembly.

We have a Jack-It mounted on an RV frame, an adapter mounted on a boat trailer and a hitch extension on a third trailer. This allows us to move the arms to the trailer we need to carry bikes on, without needing 3 separate complete racks. I think we're all in at $250, and the hitch extension is universal. This not only saves money but saves space and the Jack-It is one of the only racks that would work in our application.As flexible as the system is, the finish leaves a lot to be desired. Parts start to rust after the first rain. Also, the bolt / hitch clip method of securing parts is not a bright idea, though I understand why they did this.Regardless, we're happy with the purchase as it fits the bill.

This is a Very Heavy bike rack and -- to my dismay -- i realized only when it arrived that this is an incomplete bike rack. You will need to buy another product from the company as well in order to use it. That made it to expensive for me. And inconvenient to stow when not using.It may be a good solution for someone who wants/needs a bike rack permanently on their vehicle, and I imagine this can hold a couple bikes with ease, with all it weighs, but it wasn't a good solution for me.

The description is some what misleading. In one frame it shows it mounted on the front of an A frame trailer. It does say that the riser is purchased separately. What they don’t say is that no one sells just the riser. I returned it

I was skeptical about the design and the longevity of this product. However, after almost 10,000 miles holding 2 bikes over a variety of roads, it is still going strong. The inside bike can be challenging loading and unloading, but I like being able to monitor the bikes while driving. I have seen quite a bit of movement over some tougher roads, but the rack has kept the camper and bikes safe. Very reasonable price, too!

It doesn't tell you that for almost all applications for this product, you need an additional product. On top of that, the product that I need (Power Tower) is not available anywhere.

Although the product says it includes installation hardware, that doesn't mean it's complete. While the product description doesn't emphasize it, you must also purchase one of three mounting kits which are supposedly sold separately. However, the mounting kit for A frame trailers is not actually available for purchase - either through Amazon or from manufacturer. So this is only half a bike rack and you can't buy the other half.
