This cheese is the best to eat with any type of crackers. It's delicious alone or spread on toast. I like it spread on cranberry and pistacchio bread, slightly toasted. Also, you can spread the cheese on a cracker and top it with sweet or savory jam. I recommend it for parties as an appetizer, or to indulge oneself at home. Excellent!

have eaten a lot of this cheese that I got at Costco over the years,but they don't seem to carry it anymore. the Costco cheese is more 'ripe' than this round was, thus the flavor was not as intense and it was more crumbly than smooth for spreading on crackers. still a great triple cream but I was a little disappointed in the lack of intense aroma and flavor. bildo
