After my favorite brand of this left Amazon, I chose these bad boys. 12/10. Best pasta in the entire world. And no gross pesticides. Seriously I can’t even enough about how much I love the texture, make, flavor, shape… buy these noodles.

Past arrived unbroken. It's a fun shape and it looks forward to trying it. Also gifted some to a friend since so many came in the order.

This long coiled pasta holds a lightly coated sauce nicely and looks spectacular when plated. It's a lot of fun to eat. It's fairly easy to achieve a chewy al dente. The cooked pasta is thicker than standard number 5 spaghetti, almost like a curly bucatini. I'll be buying it again.

If you grew up in an Italian household, you know this pasta. It was a very special pasta my grandmother cooked for us.I now cook it for my grandchildren.I was able to get it locally but, store no longer carries it. So, went onAmazon for the win, Ferrara the best brand. Try it! you will not be disappointed.
