Better than the others I've tried
I have oily eye lids and have a hard time finding a product that stays on. This eyeliner does better than others I have tried and is easier than the waterproof ones. I have not used this in the water. I really like the tip, thin and easy to apply.

Great eyebrow brush-Good liner color
I really like the brush on the eyebrow pencil but the pencil not so much. The eyeliner has great control on application and good color but flakes after a couple of hours. Really hard finding one that suits my expectations at this price.
