Bought this for my assistant who is tea mad and I’m sure drinks at least one cup of tea per hour! It’s a beautiful little set and really put a smile on her face. She’s only used it a few times so far but it really is a lovely design, one of the nicest I’ve seen on here, and the teapot really can do 2 cups of tea or even 3 if using a mug instead. Perfect gift for tea lovers and those who prefer to use teapots (which I love). The only downsides I can think of for this product is that it’s not practical for a tea party or for entertaining with guests due to its size, but it is a ‘tea for one’ set so as long as that’s what you’re buying it for it’s perfect!

Perfect size and volume for me! Just beware of overfilling it! Since the spout is higher than the lid, the pot can spill from the lid if it is filled all the way up.Pros:Good sizesturdyeasy to keep cleanGorgeous to look atCons:it can leak from the lid if it is overfilled.

Love it! Bit thicker than I thought it would be but it's still gorgeous. It's packaged nice enough in the box it comes in, but not between the teapot box and the amazon box. They just chose a box it fit almost tightly in so if your post deliverer is rough with it.. Yikes. I had a small chip in the lip of the teapot but you can't see it with the lid on thankfully.

The spout is too high so it's impossible to pour a full cup of tea without it leaking from the teapot lid. If you're happy with a short measure of tea your tablecloth will stay dry.

Love this teapot. really pretty and because it does not have an internal pottery strainer it does not get clogged up with limescale.More cheaply made ones have a spout stuck on and ragged holes pierced in the pot inside the spout to form an internal strainer which is impossible to clean and builds up tea stained limescale. This design is MUCH better.Several people have said how pretty the William Morris design is.
