Q: Does this toothbrush have any way to "lock" the power button so it doesn't turn itself on in your bag?

I haven’t used it yet. Perhaps you could cut a small piece of plastic like from a bottle and tape it over the switch if you think it might go on.

When light stops blinking and stays constant.

Q: Does it use the standard Sonic replacement heads?

I wouldn't know. It died before i needed a replacement.

Q: Does it come with charging base? An could it get wet from brushing and water.

A charging base was not included,you have to plug a cable into it. It can get wet . I don't recommend this item because it only lasted one month before it stopped working.
