For motility, this tasteless capsule works naturally and very efficiently Producing results the next day. For me, I expected, needing to take it both morning and evening, but even if I don’t get the second one, I still get results (but also take 250 mg of magnesium citrate anyway for the same thing and because most people are deficient in magnesium needed for many bodily functions).

You swallow three small fiber pills with a good sized glass of water, and you'll be good for the day. I've tried other fiber pill brands, and these ones perform just as good as the other leading ones but with the added benefit of getting a lot more pills.They are easy to swallow because of the size, and because there is no weird taste when it touches your tongue. For this price point, the value is great without you needing to compromise quality.

They work much better than most of the other psyllium capsules on Amazon. I’ve been buying the more popular capsules for years now. Keep having to use a lot more to see results. These work much better. Even though you get less capsules than the other kinds for around the same price, you don’t need to use as many. Made me realize how much extra fillers the other kind have. Definitely keep buying in the future.

Oh my gosh, they taste rancid!If a hair perm smell were to have a taste, that's what these capsules taste like. I don't let them stay in my mouth very long. 🤢I tried to ask for a refund but they will not allow it.This is my second order of this product. The first container tasted normal. The second... horrible.I'm concerned it may have ingredients that are toxic but I need my fiber supplements.
