Q: Does this have normal flow setting? Not jet, spray but a flow like a hose without a nozzle?

I believe you would have to remove the nozzle from the hose to get a "normal" flow. That is because of all the obstruction that is presented by the center of the nozzle. The fact that the nozzle is rubber and large diameter it is easy to remove and replace. and it is very durable compared to many other types.
