BEST KNIFE EVER
This is the best camp/survival knife i have ever laid my hands on. I don't think it could be improved. Sincere thanks for making these and selling them for an affordable price.

Great knife!
First, Schrade knives are high quality and half the cost of other similar knives. I bought this one because I never had a chopper before, and it does the job of a knife and an axe in a single tool. It does this by moving the CG out and away from the hand via a wider blade near the tip. Yes, it looks weird, but nonetheless chops well.

Weird but okay if you have time to play with it.
The design was a little weird. You'll have to sharpen it right out of the box. If you can get past those 2 items it's a strong, resilient knife. Great for a bigger hand.

Great knife! Not sure about the strap to hold the knife in.
The media could not be loaded. Love the knife! Can anyone tell what's up with the strap to hold the knife in? I have used many knives though the years but have never had this problem. It's like the strap is backwards. I feel like the female snap is on the wrong side of the strap.

Heavy enough for brush.
The blade can last longer because carbon steel is harder But with break not bend like mild steel. So they made it thick. (Good design) but a surated back side would be nice for making a fire.
