Well built. Smooth rolling. Easy install. Looks great. A benefit I had not realized until I installed it, you can just lift the door off the track, hassle free.

I use these to replace a kit that I originally bought with much smaller wheels. These were a huge upgrade and the door now rolls smoothly from side to side without any sort of bouncing. Wish I would have went with these originally.

Has a few features that set it apart from other options: 2 piece rail, others may have 1 foot long rail sections which is far more of a pain to install. Solid rubber stoppers provide a quieter option, the oversized wheels are plastic, not metal but feel heavy duty and are quiet. Cost is less than competitors.

Definitely need to figure out a way to stop the door. I'm in treehouse. So if the door rolls off the end I'll need a new door. lol

Very Easy to install. Highly recommend using a header board if you want to align with exterior placement on walls vs where the studs are in the wall. The post that attach are not adjustable in placement spacing. The directions take a few reads throughs to make sense and were out of order if using a non standard size door.

This looks really good, but it is a bit troublesome to install. My wife and I find so many screws confusing. We put the screws aside because they are everywhere... I don’t know you need to cut a very Precise notches to keep the door from swinging on the track. It does not give any direction for the thickness of any plate used for the door according to the thickness of the extension, but in general, it is a huge advantage to combine it together and make it strong, which looks very good and strong! I definitely don't want to do it again.

I’m a custom home builder and remodeler for the wealthy. I have installed many barn doors and kits. It was easy to put up if you have the knowledge on how to do so. All the parts appear to be good quality. Especially for the low cost. Most 8’ barn door kits I buy for clients are well over $500.
