I am using these to increase my clubhead speed and as a warmup tool.Still looking for the best workout protocol to use because this set doesn’t come with one like others do but the cost of these was well worth it.

Increase your swing speed at a reasonable price
I bought as a training aid to try to improve my swing speed. Only used it a few times but it looks like it works like the competitor that is double the price. I got a basic training workout off their website, but it could use better instructions.

These are basic speed training clubs. They are much cheaper than other ones and they are well made and will last and do exactly what the more expensive ones do!
