Mercers Furniture Corona Grey Wax 2 Door TV Unit

Too hard for me to assemble so family member did them but well worth the stress for me. I absolutely love all 3 pieces good value for the price so glad i picked them . They are very sturdy and quiet confident the tv cabinet can hold big T.V .

It is perfect for us in our flat, it fits in nice with the greys and the pine top looks nice enough, it’s solid though some of the screws provided rounded off so I would advise getting any half decent screw of the same size and I had to buy a small l shape bracket to attach the top due to a bracket snapping underneath but may not happen to many others so 🤷‍♂️You can adjust what level the shelf is on so I have mine in the middle for my Xbox and speaker below but there is only one shelf so two spaces whereas we would prefer a space for our digibox which lives underneath the draws so another shelf is needed.The cupboards are literally just that with no shelving etc which would make it so much better as right now it’s just half full technically so I would say it needs a further shelf in the middle, a shelf in either side, some stronger brackets and better quality screws to make it near perfect but for the price it’s worth getting if you like the grey furniture.

I saw this range of furniture and really liked it .I bought this piece first to see how it looked and how difficult it was to build as it was the cheapest cabinet I needed.The quality is good but it was tricky to put together but studying the instructions closely I worked it out.There was a damaged door so I connected the seller to see if they could replace the door without me having to pack it all up and send it back, they were so helpful and 2 days later a new door arrived and I was able to finish the cabinet.I was so pleased with it and knew if I had any more problems that the seller would step in and helpSo I went on to buy the dresser and large sideboard2 weeks later (and a new carpet )I have a lovely new room .I would recommend this seller and furniture because the end result is beautiful, just take your time when building and contact the seller directly if there are any hiccups.

Bought this to replace an old table I was using to hose my TV and games console etc.Firstly, the build quality if fantastic. I'm a person who loves quality and will pay extra money for it. The wood is very well finished, sturdy, strong and durable.It took me around 2 hours to put it together and begin using. I used a power screwdriver and a hammer, I didn't need any other tools.The cabinet looks and feels amazing, the only downside that I can see so far is that the table surface marks easily, I think this may be due to the soft pine used in manufacturing but not sure. This is why I've implemented a house rule of only the TV goes on tip of the table, nothing else, especially drinks etc.I have also applied a layer of furniture clinic beeswax wood wax. This is also something I reviewed a short time ago, and an excellent product to accompany this cabinet, I had to purchase the wax separately. It really left an even nicer finish and feel.The doors swing open and close perfectly, there is no 'rubbing' against the wood when it opens or closes, the hindges etc lined up perfectly. There is a magnetic shutting system preventing the door accidentally swinging open when moving the cabinet, or when your little one year old starts tugging on the handle when you hide their toy in there. They couldn't open it, a huge plus there!Overall: I give this cabinet a thorough recommendation which I generally only reserve thorough recommendations to truly amazing and in my opinion exceptional products that I buy. We'll done, this is well earned. A great cabinet, sturdy and heavy, quality is excellent. You won't go wrong with this as a purchase.

I love this unit. Fits TV perfectly. It is very solid and sturdy. Like most flat packs it is a bit annoying to put together but verypossible. Very happy with end result.

Where do I start with the amount of stuff that is wrong with this unit?! I don't normally leave reviews, but after buying as a result of the good reviews, I really need to, in order to help others. Missing pieces, pieces do not lign up, pieces are too small to match, impossible to put together as a result, and once up, it's all wonky. I laughed alot during the assembly at how ridiculous the sizes or misalignment was, if not, I'd have cried. But I guess I don't know what I was expecting at £67! It arrived earlier than expected! I'll end on a positive! Save your money and patience and DO NOT buy!Update: After taking 6 hours to assemble this product, and following the instructions to a tee, I was told by customer service, (upon requesting a return and refund), that I assembled the product wrong. Laughable. Its just taken me another hour to take it apart, so that I can get a refund. 7 hours and so much frustration, I will never get back!

Nice unit,but omg such a pain in the arse to put up.Instructions quote 1 hour more like 5 hours. WOOD is not great with some chips and screw holes not in place where they should be ....if it wasn't so much for time consumed putting together I would of return it .
