When it comes to taking care of your body, you need to know that it actually works without harmful additives and etc. That product is Solgar. You get what you pay for!!!!

I've never had problems swallowing pills or capsules and, in fact, usually take more than one at a time. These pills are IMPOSSIBLE for me to swallow whole so I gently tap them with a pestle and break them into about 4 pieces. I'd give them 5 stars were it not for that.
