Robert Spencer is a renowned scholar on the subject and not a liar as commented by some reviewers. Why are muslims frowning about whenever they find questions hard to answer? Even imams are stuttering for answers when debating with the author. Instead of accusing the author and other authors on the subject, why don't muslims check whether the facts stated (with clear reference to the Koran and hadiths ; the reference numbers may change because different versions of Koran has different numbers for verses, but the verses are there)? If you are bold, show your bravery in knowing the ultimate truth.I recommend readers to buy and read "The Story of Mohammed : Islam unveiled" by Harry Richardson as a precursor to this book.. This one is more simple and gives a better starting block before you read "The truth about Muhammad"

Very informative about Islam

If you see life of prophet Mohammed pbuh he had preached only peace he was just a messenger who conducted laws of God which proved to be most peaceful and effective . Quran is the only religious book in the world which gives solution to humanity the facts written in islam 1400 years ago are to be proved by scientist now . About 80% of quran is proved by scientist search on internet If you don't believe me . Mohammed pbuh was very patient, peaceful,honest person this is not by me but by many scholars of world he spread a religion of truth and exposed all lies created by mankind if not then why about majority of people of world from every religion is accepting Islam many people from Hinduism, Christianity,judiasm, Buddhism etc are accepting Islam as true religion don't believe me search on internet this book is just written out of hatred may Allah guide the author. Truth is always been hated because it's not sweet it exposes all lies if you see then Mohammed pbuh is considered most influential personality of world and most nice human being by many of scholars search on internet don't believe me .He brought an end to dowry, superstitions, adultery,child killing,racism,interest on money,women exploiting etc and many more if want to know Mohammed pbuh and Islam read quran then decide by urself he is even prophesized in book of Christianity I.e Bible and book of Hinduism I.e Vedas ,book of judiasm if you don't believe me search by urself . Mohammed pbuh preached us to worship only one creator when people dip in superstitions use to worship fire,stone,graves,human beings,idols , pictures etc and conduct many superstitious and idiotic activities if you study Islam it is only religion which is logical which is not superstitious it give facts proved by science ,it meet all needs of humanity in historical as well as modern age it gives u a fact that one who created u is not stone,fire nor a human being not an animal or else this whole world is created by only one power that u can all God, Allah ,bhagwan but on Condition that u don't gives these names to any other rather than him. If people study quran or even there own religion book I.e Bible,Vedas etc properly they will know Islam is only religion fullfllling their books criteria. If you are too lazy to read Quran or your religion books then search all this stuff on internet or on you tube there are scholars of comparative religion in their session they are being asked by people of different religions question on their books of religion such as Vedas, Bible, Quran, questions​ on different issues of humanity and their solution through Islam and according to other religions books, questions about Mohammed pbuh prophesized in other religion , question on Islam , Hinduism, Christianity , question on why Islam is religion of truth, misconceptions about Islam, Quran and Mohammed pbuh, question about Islam relationship with science and these scholars give answers by proof from science , Quran and Vedas, upanishads and Bible etc one of famous and good scholar of comparative religion you can search is Zakir Naik is good in answering and providing proofs but all above that you have investigate urself don't believe without investigating read Quran and then u will noe about prophet Muhammad pbuh that why he is the best of creation and best of all human being don't die before investigating urself.And about this authors book it's a total lie but it's not authors fault he is just ignorant not knowing the truth.

Before reading to this book ,I do not have any deep knowledge and idea . Though I know little, now I came to know what is the truth and what is behind the truth and about so called truth.
