Comfortable for 4 days
The foam trach ties are NOT thick enough. After 4 days, I could feel the rough velcro hooks rubbing on my neck. Even if if I on a new tie. The rough velcro hooks were rubbing my neck in the same spot. I tried putting 4x4 fabric under the tie. I had to get a new brand of tie. My neck is still sore.
