Electric Underfloor Heating kit 150w - 12m² - Black Smart WiFi Thermostat

This was my 3rd purchase, as with the previous orders the package comes nicely packaged (plenty of foam to ensure mat is not damaged in transit). The feeback from two different installers has been that these mats are very high premium quality and all the additional items to aid installation also of great quality (one of them was surprised that a company would think of everything to make it so simple to install). I now absolutely love the feeling of waking up to nice warm floors.One of the mats I ordered was out of stock, got a call the next morning and the gentleman was extremely friendly and helpful who offered a replacement mat which was 1m2 extra and even threw in an upgrade on the thermostat (sorry didn't get his name - if you're reading this thank you).I read lots of reviews where individuals were experiencing set up issues with thermostats. I still opted on the more expensive one to go with two of my mats. I had no issues setting up and all smart features work perfectly with my Alexa devices and mobile.There are alternatives out there which are alot more expensive, thank goodness I opted to go with Nassboard (from the feedback from builders these are much better). I'll be back for some more hopefully once next project starts.Thank you

Great product, easy to install and instructions very clear.The controller wasn’t the easiest to get your head around but once you get it sorted it works great and ticks along nicely.Used in conservatory fitted under wooden floor, leave it set at around 18 / 20 degrees as standard which keeps floor warn underfoot.Could do with additional thermal tape, the one roll provided wasn’t enough to cover all exposed cables given the amount of cuts needed to make with the 10m2 roll purchase for a 12m2 room.Would use again.

easy to install just make sure you plan correct at the beginning.

COMPLETE KIT, very simple to fit ready for electrian to test and sign off. not fully fitted yet as we are still under threat of floods so dont want it ruined before I get use out of it indoors (concrete floors in jerry built flat!)Works fine in the camper which has helped dry out the marine ply floor while the dehumidifier sucked all the moisture out of the air where heat forced it from the wood. Very happy!

No problems so far with the mats bit I am very dissatisfied with the thermostat. Seems very cheap and the app is not working. When ever I change the temp on the app it confirms but then never changes the temp which in turn keeps running without my knowledge.

Had problems with the initial product but customer service was very good and the issue was rapidly resolved.The heat mat is very good, and gives good results. (The cat loves it).Thermostat is not the most intuitive.

The product is amazing. It arrived quickly and it was easy to install. And after installation and using the product - I decided it is worth to leave a feedback about this product. I am loving the output of product .

This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. It was my first time that I have installed underfloor heating and was apprehensive at first. I researched several heating options and decided to go with this one. As long as you are careful when rolling the mat out and extra careful when cutting it to the length/width of your room. Then anyone from novice to expert can install this.Doing this myself, saved me just over £1000 compared to what I was quoted to supply and fit (not this particular model). I was able to lay laminate flooring straight on top of this. Make sure you buy the nassboard under boards that go with this.Heats up quick, cheap to run win, win!!
