Oxylife Products 5th Gear Capsules, 30 Count

I found these gems from a different retailer, then found them here cheaper. I am 66 & must be careful what supplements are added to my Presciptions medications, as we all should. One capsule per day is all one needs to accomplish your activities of daily living, 2 loads of laundry, dishes, income taxes, guitar practice, bed making, vacuuming, etc. I am kidding of course,but you will definitely feel like physically & mentally doing things. They work best for me AFTER eating a decent breakfast like, scrambled egg, 2 toast, & 8 oz juice or coffee. I take it with at least 14 ounces of water to help it dissolve from the capsule & take effect. It takes effect in approximately 25 minutes. I never get anxious or jittery, & no nail biting, I just start right in on my work. It's best to have your list of things to do so you don't spend too much time on one task. You may urinate more, but that's not always the case. If I take the capsule before breakfast, it doesn't work as well. Must eat. I haven't tried these with pulse raising exercise, as that is not my forte. It helps me focus & keep a clear mind as well.

Love this product, keeps me awake with no crash or shakes

I loved it. The only issue I had was the caffeen guarana seed was a little much for me on caffeine. So if you You are caffeine weary then this is not for you. Like I said granted it is very good. It kept me up. But I felt dizzy when standing still. And I felt like I had super anxiety with it.

I notice an energy difference in about 20 minutes. It doesn't give me a nervous energy just energy to finish my tasks.
