This computer is very advanced for the money.
I like the speed of this computer. I never expected this computer's advanced technology like thumb identification. I would like to use for internet video.

Defected and used
The media could not be loaded. I received my HP 15-in computer through Amazon it's a pro book it does not charge it does not turn on you plug it in and you get a flash on the light and then nothing it's got a few dings in it I demand a refund so I can get a new computer that works Please and thank you

Great laptop for the price.
Great inexpensive laptop for the price. Fingerprint reader is cool as well. Battery charges quickly to 100% and last quite long even when watching videos. 720p resolution screen, but onboard graphics can do much better. My monitor tops out at 2560X1440, and the HP "powers" it just fine. No HDMI, Display port only.

HP laptop won't power on.
I bought a refurbished hp probook 650 ge laptop. It would not power up, regardless of any troubleshooting steps. I returned it the next day and amazon sent a replacement, which I received today. Unboxed everything, plugged it in, won't power up. It's the exact same problem and its very frustrating. In the meantime, I've been without a pc for a week now and I'm angry with HP. In fact, I will not by any product made by HP going forwsrd.

It was disappointing that you couldn't connect any speakers to it. It has all the connections, but none of them work.
