I take this for my eyes, the taste is mild and it is easier to digest than pills.

Great quality. Very easy to swallow and I use it every morning and night for my 5 year old son and he loves it.

Taste is good, not much taste other than slight lemon. About an hour or 2 later my burp tasted like salmon in a good way

I am familiar with this product in capsule form. My husband has difficulty swallowing the large capsule. The liquid form solves that problem. He says the taste is “not bad”. The oily texture is a bit unpleasant, but it’s only a tsp, so is tolerable. Grateful for a good option for getting his ProOmega.

I'm very pleased with the Nordic Naturals ProOmega liquid. The lemon flavor is very pleasant and I've not experienced the after effects normally experienced with fish oil as regards the fishy aftertaste. I try to take it right after a meal so that may be the reason. I was told by my Chiropractor that out of many brands of fish oil they researched, Nordic Naturals was one of the highest quality. I can tell a positive difference with my appetite. I use to feel like I could never get full no matter if I ate a good size meal. It was recommended that I may need more essential fats. These fats are very important. I have been very pleased with the overall results since starting a daily intake of ProOmega, and I no longer feel like I'm starving all the time.

This is the most potent level and what appears to be the best quality fish oil on the market. I still does have some fishy taste to me but not enough to not want to take it. My wife on the other hand rather use the capsules because of the taste. one teaspoonful a day is a potent strength of this supplement. Highest quality and best deal--what more do you need?

Truly a pure and potent source of Omega 3, with 1450EPA and 1060 DHA, Nordic Naturals is a trusted company...hence the five stars! I do suggest that they put some type of "pourable stopper" or dropper on the bottle top to prevent it from running down the side of the bottle after pouring each serving. I found there was always a puddle of fish oil on the counter from where I sit the bottle down. It is way to valuable to waste! Five stars for the product in the bottle, but one star for the bottle (it was at least glass and not plastic).
