Sunny's Gourmet Korean Gochujang, All Natural Fermented Hot Pepper Sauce, No MSG, Bibimbap, 15.5 oz (Single)

All Natural Non GMO and an exceptional taste. I am a long time fan of her products. While other gochujang may be purchased at a cheaper price, I will not sacrifice quality to save a few cents. The taste is rich and a staple on our kitchen. We were fortunate to take cooking classes from Sunny and I swear by her products.

Sunny's Gochujang is absolutely the best I've ever used. The heat to flavor balance is perfect. It's my go-to for spicing up dishes, Korean or otherwise.

Sunny's gochujang is not as spicy as the brand I usually use, but it still imparts good flavor. The flavor is spicy balanced by a lttle sweetness. The consistency is thick, almost-paste-like, but can be easily spooned out of the jar for measuring. Gochujang is an essential ingredient in many Korean (and Korean-inspired) dishes and cannot be easily substituted. Even though this version isn't as hot as I expected, it still left the characteristic flavors behind.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Watch Korean dramas and they are using this stuff so I got myself a Korean cookbook and ordered this on amazon since I didn't know where else to buy it. Adds favor to so many dishes such as stews sauces and I am making kimchi next.

Water. Sugar. Rice, Peppers, Salt, VinegarSugar should not be the second ingredient. This sauce was too sweet and didn't have the red pepper punch or sour bite that gochujang should have. The label says "Hot Pepper Sauce," but you couldn't prove it by me. Try another brand

Have made chicken wings with it so far & used as an additive for ramen. Tastes really good.
