Very good quality product that made my swing as good as new BUT..... it is way overpriced for what it is should cost 1/4-1/3 less. It is a very simple but effective product . Also use this rule of thumb when buying them. You will need to buy one person . If you swing sits there like mine does, then you need to buy three which gets VERY expensive

The product basically works. It doesn’t come with any instructions which wasn’t a big problem for me but I would imagine there are many people who would have difficulty figuring out how to put them on the swing. The biggest problem I found was similar to what many others found to be an issue. The clips that hold and tighten the strap are truly sub standard. If you pull them somewhat tight they pop apart. And the same can happen when you sit on the seat. There are workarounds as many have mentioned but for $100 for the pair that you need to fix a typical swing plus the $10 shipping which took 2 weeks to arrive the hardware should be of better quality. Unfortunately this seems to be the only product on the market that can fix swing seats so I do feel they are better than nothing. But be aware that you may be disappointed if you buy them.

I thought about buying a new swing but the frame is still in good shape and I hate to be wasteful to throw it out. The seat that held the cushions deteriorated and I can tell you that it was extremely difficult to find the replacement . I considered myself lucky to find this. It wasn’t too hard to place on the swing, but you do have to be careful how you tighten the straps. If you do it the right way, they will hold weight without loosening. I also love that I can take it off during the winter so the slings will last longer.

An outdoor chair swing support should be able to withstand outdoor conditions. The swing fills with water and pools form. We have large trees in our yard, so we were getting leaves that would turn to sludge and muck pools. Why couldn't they have made it from a material that can drain correctly? Also, the buckles do not stay in place and need to be readjusted and retightened constantly. Shame on me for not returning these within the return window (we didn't install until a month or more after received). We tried and tried to make these work, but eventually just trashed them. Hopefully the seller values their reputation enough to make this right. This probably works well for some people with swings under porches and with tiny people (?). Buyer beware.

I bought a house that had the bones of the swing. They placed a heavy wood for sitting, but the back support was an issue. I found several ways to fix this at maybe 10.00 and effort. But with renovation on a house this was the last thing I wanted to add to my list. This product was an easy fix and the material seems durable. Swing was ready to be use withing 15 min after all material was put on.However this is pricey for just one. At almost 90.00 for two (taxes and all) if I had time would have gone another route. But the swing is all done for summer, I just had to pay the price.

Got this for my in-laws and it didn’t come with instructions. She messaged me and the company. The company got back to her so quickly and with detailed instructions and a link to a video. Wonderful customer service! And a great product that makes their swing useable again.

It was easy to put on, but it was too large for my swing so I had to do some sewing to make it fit tight.

The product seemed like a decent option to replace the swing seat that fell apart due to sun exposure. We put two on our swing, set it up, clipped the buckles together. When we sat on it, it was not as comfortable as the original seat, which was fine. However after just a few weeks of light use, the buckles started to come apart when we sat down and I realized today the the outer clips are cracked. Husband had idea to tie the straps together. Hopefully that will last as it is now too late to return. I'd advise sitting down very gently to minimize stress on the buckles.
