Q: Can this be used outside, is it westherproof as we want it for outside in all weathers..

I purchased ours for internal storage, but I don't see why it can't be used outside. It is powder coated to protect the metal as per the seller's description. If you are purchasing this cabinet, I would suggest checking the coverage of the powder coating upon receipt of goods checking for any scratches or marks that may have removed the coating back to bare metal. You don't want the cabinet rusting out within a few months of purchase. Hope this helps!
