the rockville rsm15a is big and heavy and sounds great
Bought the rsm15a to amplify my keyboards, harps and guzhengs. I knew it was gonna be big, but I was surprised. It is huge, about 3 feet long, and 18 inches wide and heavy as hell. Class ab1 amp is a plus.It was all I could do to get it up the stairs. Don't know if I believe the rms claims, but it is at least as good as my old peavey nashville400 was. Nice heat sink. Doesn't get hot. The cabinet on the inside is nicely insulated and braced. The wire going from the amp to the speaker on the inside of the cabinet is kind of thin, thus my doubting the rms claims. But considering the price and the lack of quality of most amps, By God I am gonna buy another one and put it downstairs. I wouldn't want to tote this thing around, but like I said, it is loud, and big, and heavy, but it rocks.

Bulky size, modest performance
This is a very big speaker compare to its performance.The feedback control does not do anything. No matter what you do still get feedback unless volume is less than 50%Can be use as a regulate speaker but definitely not a stage speaker

Received the speaker in and was damaged pretty bad from shipping
Received the speaker in and was damaged pretty bad from shipping. Called up Amazon, they shipped another no hassle. This is a large! boxed monitor. Plugged in it has some kick. Good low end, and sounded good just playing Mp3 music through the system. Great value, buy it, if shipping breaks it, call Amazon.

Would highly NOT recommend as a monitor speaker..
Very bad experience. Heavy humming despite a solid electrical ground, EXTREMELY large and for an average gig, this is way too big bulky and heavy for a monitor speaker, limited ability to adjust anything without lots of bending, the controls being on the side is obnoxious. The packaging of this item, like many have mentioned is crazy bad. Battered box and almost impossible to replace in the box for shipping back. Avoid unless you have no option for the price... spend a little extra and do some research reviews outside of Amazon and you will see the same thoughts by many buyers.

Performance and Value
I read some not-so-good reviews but decided to buy it anyway. I am not disappointed. The build quality is good. The frequency response is very good. And the THD (distortion) is reasonable at high volume. Pretty darn good for the price!

This is an amazing monitor. It's big
This is an amazing monitor. It's big, heavy, and delivers very clear, loud sound. It also has a little feedback knob on it which you can use to cut the frequency of feedback of whatever venue you're in. Very useful feature.
