Best drinking game ever....
At a bachelor party recently, one of the attendees whipped this bad boy out of their backpack and very quickly set the game up. Within minutes, the entire group was involved, roaring and cheering as Chewy soared his way around the figurative Star Wars Universe, crashing into enemy storm troopers. The game is simple - first person to lose all three of their storm troopers has to do a shot, and has to stay in the game for another round. The player with the most storm troopers can leave the game and someone else can take their spot. It is LETHAL... Quite literally, as one of participant had to do about 6 shots of some shanty town homemade spirit from Georgia in like 30 mins lol 'it could make you blind', they said - HAHA Loopin' Chewy doesn't care about your eyes.Since the game is designed for children, I struggled slightly in the assembly process as I have the mental capacity of a door handle. Just some extra notes: The game requires only two AA batteries, which are not included, so make sure to get some with your order to avoid disappointment... or do what I did and just steal them from the TV remote then play Looping Chewy until you forget, then get angry at the TV when the remote doesn't work. haha10/10 will be playing all summer. 1 like = 1 prayer for my liver

but have had a great time with the other editions
I own the original Loupin Louie game from the 90's and the smaller Japanese released edition from the 2000s, so I knew what to expect. I normally steer clear of "kids" games, but have had a great time with the other editions, especially at holidays when folks come over. Having Chewie on the Falcon barnstorming Stormtroopers, made this a must buy for me. He spins and loops when you bump his Falcon with your bumper. Maybe think of it as a turbo laser to keep in theme. He works about the same as the smaller edition from the past few years, but isn't quite as acrobatic as the original edition. This one, is better on the storage space and transportability, though.Chewie and the Falcon are actually pretty well detailed, and not your typical game element. I'd detach and display with a star wars collection, if I had one.Overall it's a great, fun family game. I wish they had made this a 4 player like Loupin' Louie, but I'm sure it was a cost cutting measure. I'd rather pay another dollar and get the full 4 player set. I can't imagine costs to pop out another bumper are that high when all the molding and design costs are already paid. Some families actually still have 4 people, you know? As such, it makes it difficult to play 2 player, because one player is always too far from the first to effectively bump Chewie into a challenging to deflect arc.

Super fun game for my family!
This game is loads of fun! I bought it for my almost 4 year old son who LOVES Star Wars. He always wants to play a Star Wars game and unfortunately we haven't had any around the house that were age appropriate for him. Then we saw this and thought it would be perfect. It was a Christmas gift and he was so excited. We opened it up and played it that day. It assembled quite easily. Did require batteries to make Chewie fly around but we had some lying around so we were good to go. It takes 2 AA batteries so make sure you pick some up when you buy this game. Once we had it all set up and powered we gave it a go. It was a lot of fun. My husband even enjoyed playing it. And, needless to say, my 4 year old loved it as well. Great game for young kids or the kids at heart. Especially those that love Star Wars.

Fun for various ages
My kids age 3.5 and 5.5 love it and it's a great game to play with them or let them play on their own (though it plays significantly better with 3 than 2). As a dexterity game, there is skill involved - but there is also just enough luck that the younger kids can win on a fairly regular basis, even against an adult who is trying their hardest. Part of the reason is that the "Chewie" movement is a bit on the slow side, which, while detracting from some of the fun for an older crowd, makes it more accessible for kids. The other reason is that each player has a hard and easy setting - so we generally play with the adult on hard and the kids on easy.I can see this getting a lot of playing time - games take only a few minutes, so you can play a dozen times in a half hour. Clean up and set up is a bit tedious, as the pieces aren't generally well boxed, but it's easy enough for the 5 year old to set up on their own. The general construction of the playing pieces feels a little fragile for a game that will take a pounding - but given the price, it's not all that surprising.Overall an excellent themed remake of an older game (Loupin' Louie) - and one that is good for kids of all ages.

The Star Wars Loopin' Chewie game is a great game for ages four and up
The Star Wars Loopin' Chewie game is a great game for ages four and up. It is wonderful for a family, from kids to grandparents. My nephew is 9 and he put it together himself. It is a very simple game. No reading involved unless you have to put it together. "Chewie" is neatly designed and looks very similar to the character from the movie. The stickers seem to be of good quality and stick well. I would definitely recommend for any reason! It is a fun game for my son and I told him I wished I had played it with him every time he's asked! I had a good time playing with him!

I love the original loopin Louie game and my family loves ...
I love the original loopin Louie game and my family loves Star Wars. So this was a no brainer. My only complaint is that the game tends to fall apart mid-play. It doesn’t click solidly into place. My youngest gets a little too excited. So I understand. But the original game is a bit sturdier.
