Liquid Fence 109 Ready-to-Use Deer and Rabbit Repellent 1 Gallon

We have a lot of deer since we live in the country. Last year, they ate all my babies trees except one. Funny thing, that is the only tree that didn't live! Then this past summer, the deer discovered my rose bushes and even ate my raspberry bushes! I planted another 34 trees this year, so I knew I had to do something. I liked that this stuff was organic and didn't use any chemicals. When I used this I figured it had to work because it was sure repelling me out of the garden!!! IT SMELLS SO BAD!!! I had read the reviews and was ready for it though. And if it worked I knew it would be totally worth it.I think I have used this spray 3 times now. It recommends to spray once, a week later, and then monthly after that. I planted a batch of trees and sprayed. The next week, I planted another batch of trees so sprayed again. Then a week later I sprayed them all again. I went and checked on everything this weekend and IT WORKS!!! I found 3 of my trees with deer droppings around them and the tops of the trees nibbled. Apparantly they didn't like what they nibbled! Last year by the time I went and checked my trees they had eaten them all down to nothing. So far I am thoroughly convinced that this stuff works! I'll really know come summertime and I'll see how my roses fare.I learned a lot from reading the other reviews. First, definitely know that it stinks and DO NOT SPILL IT! I couldn't even imagine how bad that would be. Second, I just wear some working clothes to go out and spray and then just throw them in the laundry so I don't have to worry about any residual smell. Another person had suggested spraying late in the day and by the next day it doesn't stink. Good idea. Also I had contemplated buying the concentrated stuff and mixing myself. Someone said not to bother just get the already mixed up kind because it's totally worth it and after smelling this stuff, I would have to agree.I am very happy with my purchase (except when I have to smell it...hahaha). It works super well and I'm so happy for all my garden plants and trees!

It keep the deer from eating the azaleas by my front door. Not surprisingly it has a strong odor!

I have used for years but you have to keep re-applying it and it does have bad smell( that is what repels the deer and rabbits. I have baby rabbits and they are eating my garden so i hope it works on them. The deer are ravenous this year so need to start spraying. Just don't spray within a day of entertaining in your backyard. Your guests will social distance at the end of the driveway due to the "rotten-egg" smell

I've sprayed, with a different spray bottle...because the spray device on the one i bought doesn't work, everywhere around our bird feeders daily. I have great photos of the deer eating from the feeders, not affected at all by this spray.

It seems to be working, as my garden hasn’t been munched so far this year other than once after a big rain storm when I forgot to reapply. You’ll need to be diligent about reapplying every week or after a big rain. Also try not to get this stuff on you, it STINKS!

This stuff works great. We have rabbits and deer eating away until I used this. It stinks, but my dogs love the smell…crazy. It really works and does for weeks at a time.

LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Don't like the smell of it for the first hour or so, but it keeps the deer and rabbits away from my plants. After using it for some time now, I think i have the deer pretty well trained to not want to come into my yard and have dinner! They still walk through, so we can enjoy seeing them, but they don't even stop to try to eat. Good little deer!!!I try to buy 'deer resistant' plants, but the ones they like, I spray every other day for the first couple weeks, then spray once a week, then every other week or so. I'm not sure if the deer can still smell the product, or they just are trained by now. Whatever works is fine with me.Our house is never without it and my plants are nice and full, and my neighbors are all nibbled up. I finally got my neighbor convinced to try it and she also loves it!!! THANK YOU TO LIQUID FENCE!!!!
